This FAQ will answer some of your questions regarding Community In Sport and our role as a supporter of communities.
Q. Does Community In Sport do funding for events?
A. No. We try to help people organise their own events as we feel this is part of building the community. Also we are not funded ourselves and have to rely on our sponsers to fund us with the website and publications.

Q. Will you promote my event on the website?
A. Of course but only after the event. If you have recently held an event we will happily feature you on the site with your own page for no charge whatsoever. Of course we want good pictures and some good stories but that should be no problem for you.

Q. How active is Community In Sport?
A. Community In Sport is active 5 days a week and we have three teams working on our projects at any one time. Our research team is out there looking for news and gossip that may help you and anyone else wanting to be involved. Our IT team is always looking for more ways to promote on the internet AND find people on the internet to make this grow and our marketing team pulls in the services from national and local businesses that want to promote themselves with us.

Q. What does Community In Sport do outside of this website?
A. Community In Sport started life as a local publication for football clubs. The idea of the magazine is to provide something interesting for families that can actually help in the community. We do this by having "Get Signature" pages - these allow children (or anyone for that matter) to go to the events we promote and gain signatures from proffesional sports people amongst many other great ideas.

Q. Will you help me organise an event?
A. We will do our best for you but our time is limited. If you check the parents involvement page you will see a few form options for you to fill in. The best way to see if we can help you is to simply get in touch. We will be back to you as soon as possible.

Q. I am a business owner and I provide services that may help. What can you do for me.
A. We do have charges for businesses that want to come on board. It is very easy to be on the site or in one of the publications - providing we are in your area - and we do prove to be very cost affective for marketing possibilities we provide. Click here to get in touch about our charges.
